I answered a FB ad last year for one like it 3 miles from me and came home with it for $25. I hit it with Awesome cleaner and hosed it off in the sun and have been using it since. The guy had proudly just installed a lift, so I guess he likely decided he was done with jacks. I thought selling the jack was a naive rookie mistake, but not my place to educate him. I now have two of them and a HW O’boy.

I have almost the same jack but branded Lincoln and a C series. Bought a nice rebuild kit from a seller on ebay (NorthCoastHYD, no affiliation to me) in Ohio.

I would have paid $5 for that even though I'm trying to downsize on "potentially useful ****" and projects. Good luck with it !

In case that pic was too small for you to read the label, here it is.
Walker was a top notch jack made in USA Professional grade seen in lots of serious shops back in the day. Certainly worth rebuilding.

That’s a good deal. For $61 you are going to end up with a really nice rebuilt heavy duty Jack.
