Hi guys, I am planning to build a garage similar to this in the near future. My Dad has a HOARD of stuff, barns, garages, and sheds packed full. I know it will take time, but I need to go through all this stuff anyway, so why not separate materials I can use for a garage build? I have a young amish crew (my family has known the older brothers and father for years) that will do the work and understand the situation with having just about everything on 30 acres, with the exception of the sheathing. Does anyone happen to have a blueprint and materials list for a garage similar to this they would be willing to share with me? Something in the range of 30x30. I am in NE Ohio so needs to be rated for snow load.

Well, does your dad have:

-A bunk of 2x6
-A bunk of OSB/zip
-A stack of trusses
-yards of concrete, forms and mixers?

If not, you'll probably have to order materials for the basic structure. Plenty of plans out there, but most people that can build a simple building (or their crew) can make a materials list.

Thank you for the reply, he does have yards of concrete, forms and mixers. A bunch of steel beams (no trusses), boxes of various Simpson strong ties, a bunk of 2x6 and 2x4, miles of Romex and all the other electrical components. Garage doors, man doors... I understand that I will need to still purchase a lot of materials, but I would like to get an idea of exactly what all I would need, and start accumulating what I can use. Dad is 87, no longer able to do a whole lot. I know he would like to see his collection be put to good use.

This will set off a firestorm of hate. But is a perfect use of AI. Try it, define clearly the zone, and size, and it will develop a list for you.

Try something small to start with like a dog house or backyard shed. It will get you very close with the proper inputs.

Possibly.

Tons of free wall calculator out there or not that hard with a little math.

OP seems to have piles on construction materials laying around, usually people with that much stuff can calculate basic material needs. Not real clear what he's looking for...
