Order #35871. My largest HJE order to date. Glad to support Jori and the family business. I'm most looking forward the 250th US Anniversary HJE pliers.
Forgot to mention I won't be posting my box art anytime soon since my order will be shipped via boat across the Atlantic. It feels a little like missing Christmas as I see all the posts but have to wait a few weeks to open my "HJE gifts".

Order #35884 in! There were so many things I wanted, but had to be "reasonable" right now. 😉

I got a 24mm Wright wrench to try out for alignments at work. If I like it as much as I think I will, a set may be in my future.

I've forgotten or missed out for years, and finally was able to participate. Got a few things for work, and multiple pairs of the 250 AE pliers for myself and gifts! My friend that I introduced to HJE earlier this year is on a family trip, and was able to stop in to the store a few days ago!! I'll admit I'm very jealous, but also excited to hear about it.

Order in, almost missed it. Made a small order but glad to participate again this year.

Just a thought...I know it's probably not the best timing...but February 11th is Japan's founding day, and with all the Japanese tools on HJE it may make for a great new Epstein-San Day supporting all the interesting and unique tool makers there.

Can’t believe I forget my wing nut sockets! Got my second, end-of-the-holiday order in , as usual. #35932
I had them in my cart, then removed them, while Jori may have liked where my cart total was going, my bank account had other ideas. However, I plan on stopping by in person in about two weeks when I'm in the KC area. I guarantee I will not leave there empty handed.

Out of both orders this speed handle is the thing I'm most excited about haven't meant a fastener yet I can't really get out with a good bit valve grinding compound and a good half inch speed handle.
This old Plomb speeder is amazing I've have a few Snap on's and Proto but this Plomb is my go to. I am super excited for APC mossberg speeder so happy I seen it I was looking at the wright ones when I seen it.

oh yeaaaahhhhh
In the middle of the chaos I realized that I forgot to add two of these to my order

And if you have not ordered yet. Just buy a set or two of these. Those things are really stiff but they hold up well....

Second order placed

We'll order #3 with $50 of individual drill bits. This will be the first time in my life all 4 of the indexes I have spread around my shop, pole barn and work truck will be full.

Thankfully most of the needed sizes were less than a 1/4" so they were inexpensive. Also great I was able to top off the numbered sizes.

Now officially tapping out. Literally can't think of anything else I need, already bought stuff I didn't need so that's covered too.

Taps! Do you have enough taps?

I opted for this set:

You might prefer this (35181, SP-40TDI) set rather than the one above (35171, SF-40TDI), because it is better if you are tapping through holes because it continuously ejects the chips ahead of the tap. Although I usually tap through holes, I wanted the one above in case I wanted to tap something that was not a through hole.

Did I really need another set? Not really, my Irwin 26376 is actually a larger set, but sometimes I want something smaller to carry around.. or a back-up set.

Note that this set does not contain Metric taps and dies.

Yes, all my tap sets are full and even have duplicates in the package up to 1/4”. I use a lot of small machine screw sizes for work.

Also filled out all my various types of extractors that were missing in the past year and picked up a set of left handed bits I’ve yet to use.

Stop enabling

Who knows?
Not even sure my order qualified as a HJE Day purchase, but that's the spirit it was made in.

I bought a Wright 1/4" 6 point socket set in both shallow and deep, another loose socket to go along with it, and a diameter tape measure.

Had to shotgun the order this time around. No box art needed. Thanks again Jori and everyone here for keeping it going.

That diameter tape did tempt me, but I restrained myself!
