Kinda been working on P&c VS Thorsen . That General Tool Co DBE is similar to a “P&C Tool Co Milwaukee, Oregon” I recently got from FourCycle. Also that TT speeder is awesome Don!

Got this beautiful 2” Ford Drain Plug Wrench from a friend in town, the “TT” drag link from a box haul, and the P&C DOE is from Four Cycle. Posted for comparison to the General Tool DOE. Who else thinks thorsen has some of the best knurled handles?

What size are the openings and what is the diameter of the shank on that one?

I'll copy/paste my post here for comparison. They do look quite similar.



I laid it out next to a P&C DBE with the same size openings and it has a much heftier beam. ( 1/2" and 7/16" ) It's a sturdy little wrench.

I bought this Thorsen 1/2 drive set at the Flea Market today.
The Seller was an ole Electrician selling off his tools...
Most of the sockets looked like they were used very little, if at all

there's a "Sturdy Tool Co." wrench on eBay also marked New York......it looks like a Lectrolite 3001 ...Company looks like some kind of retailer.

1941 puts them in NY, edit to add, definitely looks more like an importer than a manufacturer’s office
