Hey all, if your local Lowe's doesn't carry the Epoxy Coat then your neighborhood Lowe's can order it from another Lowe's that does. I did that with no problem and the shipping free as well. You will have to locate a store and give the manager at your local store the item number of the epoxy at the other store and have them make the call. Don't forget the 10% coupons that are out there.

Where do you get your 10% coupons? I always have to go the post office to get them out of the change of address packets. Just cant keep going to the same person over and over to ask for the packets. I also know they give 10% to veterans but thats only when I go with my Dad I can pull that one off.

Buy the coupons on ebay, hd or lowes. You can probably also get them from signing up with Lowes and HD moving websites with various email addresses, but that's a hassle. Let someone else have the hassle and buy off ebay.

Haha looks like the ebay ones are just ones ripped off by postal employees and selling them online. Thats the coupon they have in there change of address packet.

This was straight from Christine (Epoxy-Coat) and was what I used to help the collective brain trust at the Fresno Lowe's find the product they had but couldn't find.

Fresno Lowe's had been shipped 6 gray and 6 taupe. I bought 4 taupe. I checked inventory 10 days ago just prior to doing my floor (in case I ran out and needed more) and they still had 6 gray and 2 taupe. When I thought I was running out I had my father run and by a taupe but I didn't need it and it was returned (in case you need more than one and they haven't restocked it yet).

Those numbers don't seem to work, at least not online or from the guy at the local store last night when I stopped by. He looked at me like I was crazy when I told him the QuickCrete stuff wasn't what I was looking for.

I had the same problem with the people in the paint department. I had to get a manager to punch it into his computer. Apparently not all the store computers have access to the same stuff. They had actually received it a week prior but it took another 10 days for them to locate it. If I had been ready to put the material down I would have just skipped them a dealt directly w/epoxy coat. It is quite a bit cheaper at Lowe's though.

lwlobo, call me and I can help. Some of the Lowe's employees seem to have trouble until I walk them through it.
