I've been thiking about upgrading to a better box for a long time. Finally pulled the trigger a couple of weeks ago. Decided on a Mac 1305 Tool Cart. They call it a cart, but its actually quite large. It arrived yesterday and I filled it up today. All I can say is I am blown away. The quality of the box is amazing: steel is thick, paint is flawless, drawers are rigid, even the drawer liner is really nice!

I really like all the holes/slots to store screwdrivers, hammers, pry bars, etc.

...and the box it replaced. Despite having far fewer drawers, it seems to actually hold more tools, and they are more easily within reach.

That really is a gorgeous cart, bordering on size and price at being a full fledged tool roller box! Really does look amazing though, and incredibly functional! Mac's pictures online just don't do it justice, compared with the pictures you've posted!

I was told don't stack them scales always store them sideways so no constant pressure on the weight plate. ours comes with a hard bag with vertical slots.

Yes, you are correct. i was just putting them in there to see if they'd fit for race weekends. I store them vertical most of the time. Maybe I'll fab up some hangers for the side of the new cart.

I have an orange one I am trying to sell lol. It's a great cart, I just want more room.

I can understand that. I have some Rousseau cabinets that I store the less frequently used stuff in.

I should take more picts now that it is more full and better organized.

That is a really nice cart. It replaced the MB190UC a while back. I wished I had had those then. I sold close to a hundred of the 190'S over 4-5 months.

I tried buying one of these off craiglist for 600 bux in firebrick red. An hour before I'm supposed to go and pick it up the guy texts me and does the bait and switch and says it's a MB197UC. When days before he 100% guaranteed me it was a 1305.

I'm curious how much you paid from the mac dealer for your green?
