These came in an auction lot about a month or more ago.
I've been meaning to ask about them for a while but I'm just now getting around to it.

One of them is marked "TRUTH", another "Plumb" the other two are only marked with the size.
I've got quite a few more, but I think I showed one of each.

The way one of them is mushroomed on the end makes me think it's got something to do with a rotary hammer or something along those lines.

Any ideas?

Kirbot,
You done got yerself a gaggle O' Wheel Knockers!
Bingo Caps I say!
They seem in fine shape. Just use 'em next time you need to do rear brakes.

alwright! gol dang it! :)

These were very common for removing rear hub/brake drums from tapered axles of 'teens, 20's, 30's automobiles. Essentially used in place of a hub puller in many cases.
Remove the cotter pin, remove the castle nut. Raise the opposite wheel. Screw the appropriate knocker on your axle stub.
Whack the *******!....go ahead, whack it again!...............and again.
OK just a couple more times now.........swing real good :)
POP!
Wheels off.

I'm all tuckered out now. (It was only that easy in the instructions..........)

Or, did snap on make sockets for MTF?. The only fact we know, is that MTF made chisels and punches for SO.

How big are they? If a couple would fit in a small flat rate box, I'd be interested in the Plomb ones if you're willing to get them go for a pittance. :bounce:
