I can't find any markings and it's been reprayed horribly. I bought it for $50 boxs about 10 years ago and except for the deep 3rd draw down on the right lower section it works fine.

I need to get that draw fixed, I just ordered a new Montezuma but cancelled it, due to I found a nice Matco Series 5 at work for the same money, it had the nice upgrades as well.

know I have to figure out how to load it in a pick up....not happening right.

Oh dimensions are 39 wide by 19 deep by 44 high, two piece. Just a wag as I don't see many like this on C list.

Where in particular? Trying to decide if it's old enough to keep around or just sell it to offset new box purchase. Room in my garage is limited.

Yeah, worth about $50, but since you are a GJ member, I'll give you $75 to help toward a new box.

actually think that would look cool in the house once its restored
its a toolbox but almost look like a piece of furnature

I would think they have gone up in value, they should be worth at least $50 each now

OMG,that`s that really cool looking model....who is the ***** that spray bpmbed it? It should have a really neat two-tone paint job...possibly part faux woodgrain.

look on the site collectingsnapon. com. It was made for only a year or two in the late 60's. I'm sure very cool in the day. The narrow bank was gray and it hat had a lot of fake wood trim.

That box was the ..... PREMIER ...... tool box from Snap On for a short time.
It was the biggest and nicest they had.....by far.
It is a pretty rare item.

It first appeared in Snap On catalog Z issued January 1965. on page 2
It was also in the next catalog , A2 issued February 1967 on page 6 and 7.
It was not in any later catalogs.

There is lots of pics of a very nice one in the huge " let's see your toolbox " thread and I think it is easily one of the best in the whole thread.
That one has the center drawer section , your does not
.
Here is the thread where he bought it from Crane Cams.

One like yours just sold on eBay for $1501.00 , here is the link.

The fact that he was willing to ship it and that it got " advertised " on here probably raised the sale price considerably.

Aside from the k-60, that is my favorite snap on box of all time. It is too bad that I am on the west side of Canada because I would have a blast restoring that box.
