Anyone have plans that they have used to build the living quarters inside a polebarn. I am wanting to build a 40X60 building and put a two bedroom apartment inside. Any help would be great.
Thanks

First I would check local codes. I don't know if you are going to be able to use a pole barn for that type of use. Consider going with a Gambrel roof design. That way you have room to build a second floor, double your space and keep the apartment seperate from the other floor.

I don't know where you live, but they built several metal homes around here, and the company that built them is Morton Buildings. They are a little expensive but they have one of the best warranties on their buildings, like the paint on the metal, and if its damaged by storms.
I had a friend that had one built, and I would trade homes with him in a New York second. I think it was a 30 X40 and very well insulated, with heated floors. Anyway....
