Best in-floor heat?

Planning my garage build for this spring. Plan to run in-foor heating. What are opinions on systems and install? I've read a lot of different ideas when it comes to installing the Pex.

The garage will be 30x36, 4' grade beam w/2' concrete curb inside. Using ICF to build the grade beam. Planning on a 5", 3500 - 4000 psi pad, 12" grid with 10mil rebar.

At this point I plan to lay 6mil poly down, then 2" blue insulation, lay the pex down with staples, then lay the rebar on top.

Any suggestions? This is my first garage, I want to do it right. Plan to keep the garage heated all the time. We range from +30*C in the summer to -40*C in the winter... (that's 86*F to -40*F for the 'Mericans)

What's the best bang for the buck boiler or other heating system for this size of building?

I put my pex down by ty-wrapping it to the wire. that placed it in the middle of the concrete heat sync. the heat will radiate down and hit the blueboard, instead of resting on the blueboard. Make sure you insulate the perimeter of the floor. if you don't you will be heating the ground all around the outside of the garage, at considerable expense. keep in mind that giant chunk of concrete is your heater or "radiator". Are you running the pex 12 or 6" on center? keep your loops to 300 feet max, and with 30x36 I would consider using larger pex, maybe 7/8"
