They are chinese garbage that is overpriced because of the misleading false advertising. I see now that most of the ebay auctions no longer advertise "neiko tools USA" which is supposedly the name of the company so they can mislead you into thinking they are US made. Pi$$es me off! rant over.

Ive used one of their spray guns and well..... They are pretty good considering.
The gun belonged to a friend and at the time I used it, And I was under the impression that it was USA made, and I often wonder how much effect that had on me at the time of review..... BUT
They are almost perfect copies of Devilbiss GFG guns. They seem well built and spray great. I just can't bring myself to support a company that misleads the public like they do. I would rather support Harbor freight.

Just to reiterate what others have said, they are among the lowest form of tool life. For a while they were sold at Kragen's and I got a dremel type tool. It bogs down pretty easy. Don't use it much. It does the job for easy stuff, but it's pretty limited. Not useless, but far from good.

Most if not all are made in China. I have some driver bits that are decent but I paid peanuts on Amazon for them.

I have 2 1/4 impact sets from them. They are made in Taiwan.

I just got them; so I can't say much now. But, they look pretty good. Price is kind of high versus HF, but HF doesn't offer 1/4 impact sockets.

I've seen this here before and don't get the issue.

Why not sue BMW USA? Most of the BMWs sold in the US aren't made in the US, but BMW has the nerve to use http://www.bmwusa.com/ and call itself BMW USA.

How about American Honda Motor Co, Inc? Many of the Hondas and Acuras sold in the US aren't made in the US, so how could it call itself "American Honda?"

Or how about General Motors? The non-US locations just about equal or exceed the US assembly locations, and the non-US revenues exceed the US revenues, so shouldn't Chevrolet be sued for misrepresenting itself as "The Heartbeat of America?"

Why not sue Haagen-Dazs? After all, it's an American company that used a nonsense word as a name, selected solely to make people think it's Scandinavian. How is that not misleading the public?

Totally agree with this. China make very good products. Have a look around your house and workshop and see just what you have.
What they do is build to a price. If the importers want quality products, they pay the price and get quality. If they want cheap tools, they pay the price and get cheap tools. Just because something is marked made in China does not necessarily mean it is rubbish.

I have the same with accompanying "EZ out" and a set of 1/2" drill bits. They are made in Taiwan which is China, but they are much better than a lot of other Chinese tools. Neiko bits are widely sold on eBay at very good prices.

Bang for the buck, they are pretty good. Yes, there a lot better brands out there (Norseman for drill bit for example) but you will pay a lot more.

I have a Neiko Torx Bit Set, purchased through Amazon Prime, when I had to replace valve cover gaskets pronto. They aren't bad for the price. Though for convenience and for the average DIY, Harbor Freight is the way to go at 1/3 the price. Neiko and Harbor Freight Bits and Sockets are both Made in Taiwan nowadays, very likely within the same manufacturing facilities.

Neiko does have a Customer Service, situated in California under a different company name. If I'm not mistaken, they fall under the same umbrella as Capri Tools though the warranty process isn't clear as they both share the same address and phone numbers ----- odd.

Look i dont mind where tools are made these days. What i do care about is quality, reliablity, customer service and of course value for money. If a company which produces its tools in China meets my demands, then so be it, i will be happy to use your tools proffesionaly. That rational applies to all brands in all countries.

I understand that alot of junk comes out of these places, but you cant rule out every brand based on some bad experiences. You may boycot a certain country, and thats your right. But dont bad mouth all other brands, especaily if you have not even owned their tools.

I really don't care where it's made as long as it does the job. I've bought a lot of stuff made in the USA that is junk. The Neiko tools I have have done fine. Some of the Made In China tools I have are much better than some of the Made In USA ones I have from the 70's and 80's.

If someone wants to bash or support something because of COO without ever actually trying it I suggest you put that in the political section. That is exactly what that is. I have no use for anyone's politics on here. If you have tried a tool I'd love to hear a review. Personally I hope he gets banned for his one post. I know I just put him on ignore.

probably one of those situations where the real NeiKo Tools the manufacture is from Taiwan, they manufacture sells different version of the same tool and to many importers in the US and world wide. So warranty varies and qualities varies. RidgeRock that owns the USA registered trademark Neiko Tools in an attempt to own/corner the US market or in an attempt to stop other importers selling the NeiKo tools not imported by them and failing. . so the branding Neiko Tool USA is probably a branding that RidgeRock tries to differentiate their goods from others that is selling the same brand / packaging. WHO knows... that is just my conspiracy theory.
