I saw a mac tool cart as macsimzer cart for sale local as seller paid 1799 dollars but it was 3 years ago when he bought new. He want to sell for 600 dollars. I might interesting but want see it.. But I am not sure about it as I never see one in person before..

I was thinking about bring my matco msc12 home and either get that mac or just go to menards and buy a either 26 or 36" bottom box on sale that have all drawers.... I am not sure... Mac tool cart look nice but have lifetime warranty... Anyone have opinions? That I will use it in busy ford shop...

I've been using a Mac MB100 for quite a while now (old school 90's style!) and have only ever had one problem with it (broke the key off in the lock, dealer had a new lock on it the next day). It's dented and beat to death, but never has failed.

I considered the Macsimizer for quite a while, but not having a local dealer anymore has kind of scared me off. I'm thinking the red HF cart is in my future.

3 or 4 years ago their carts only cost $600-$700 new. The newer ones are nice, but I could never pay $1800 for a cart. That's crazy! I wish I would of grabbed one before they gouged the price.

I assume it's this cart?

If so, $600 is not a bad price and really not having any wear parts or much of anything to replace, not having access to a Mac dealer should not be a problem.
If it has the split sliding top that allows you to have a work surface(s) while the box is open that's a plus.

On the other hand, if it's just a lift-lid cart, there are many less expensive but nearly a well built options out there.

Open bottom carts have their place, but if you need the locked storage or additional drawers, then a cart may not be right for what you need.

I am rather to have full bottom drawers as I hate to put all junks in open space for no reasons... I might go back to menards to measure the drawers to see if it work for me to use...

Have you considered the NAPA cart? There are some reviews on here, and for the $400, they look really good. That is where I'm leaning on a future cart purchase.

The Macsimizer cart is nice, and is very big. With that said, there isn't a lot of drawer space. There is a ton of prybar/hammer/screwdriver storage in the top though, and the top bulk area is pretty big too. I bought mine for $700. Sold it for a few bucks less ($665 on eBay).

Wow.. I prefer to have more drawers so I can put more tools and cases like puller, brake caliper, and prybars in...

I do like my msc12 but just problem with top slide area that will keep hit lift if someone tried to move it to walk by..

Really? I dig on it. Plenty of room for everything, roller bearing drawers, hatch top with recess for tools, plenty of screwdriver/prybar storage (fully enclosed when box is closed)
The stripes on the top are a little queer but I plan on removing mine.

I don't know if OCC designed that box. the "hump" may resemble a muscle car hood, but completely useless for a tech, because you can't put **** on it.
