menards masterforce ball bearing slides

i am wondering anyone has buy extra roller slides from menards? or have to call the masterforce corp to order the extra slides??

my local menards told me to read the owner manual and call them to order it...

i might will need take a break time to make video phone at my work to call masterforce toolbox company to buy a extra slides because i need two left side slides and 2 right side slides so i can double load on bottom drawers...

Like I posted in your other thread I have bought replacement slides, was around $22 for the pair. I order them from ISN I think is the parent company. The CS office was in montreal.

Hey, i accidently pulled on the drawer really really hard and mucked up one of my slides, and i called that number, and it took about 5 minutes and they send they would send a replace one. They didnt charge me, they just send the slide was on its way and have a nice day. I actually got 2 slides directly from mexico. The only complaint is that it literally took over a month to arrive. but since im not a professional tech, and the slide wasnt totally broke, it wasnt a big deal for me.

at some point them made stainless boxes for craftsman. I bought one maybe 5yrs ago. Everything is identical. the box on the far right.
