I couldn't really find any information on this forum for the KRA5319 box. I need to upgrade my kra4107 and I stumbled upon this (KRA5319) on ebay. It has been long overdue, but i finally came to a realization that the harbor freight 72" massive toolbox is never gonna come back.

Are the drawer big/deep enough? Poorly/strongly build? is this was a great deal? anybody with experience on this box please chime in

once again

Keep an eye open for a KR1000 you'll find them with regularity starting at around a grand to maybe $2500. It's SO first monster all roller bearing drawer model and IMHO the finest box SO ever sold.

That's the same one my dad has. My dad has over 35 years as a master tech so just image what he stores in that box. I believe his other box is a macmizer and it clearly not as strong as his kr1000

Heres 2 to look at

thank you for your input, but the second link is the same box as the one i posted and he/she is asking 700 more than the one i posted.

anyways, i checked one out today and i like the box the only downside are the sliders... they are not ball bearings. does anyone have experience with SO non ball bearing sliders? whats the lifespan? do they break easily? etc.?

Ball bearing sliders is of course nice to have, but the non ball bearing ones works very well too. At least haven´t I had any trouble what so ever with mine.

Argeed, I had a KR1000A (70th Annivsery Edition) when I was a Toyota Tech and that thing was built like a tank.
Wished I never sold it, but at the time it's what I had to do and I did sell it for more than I paid for it.
