Hi all....first time posting. I love the thought of living in city but would hate to lose my garage and shop. Did a search and couldn't find anything really so thought I'd start a new thread. Anyone have pics of some garages in an urban setting....like maybe an old warehouse or something similar?

Also, just attached some extremely poor quality pics of my work in process. I have to park 2 cars and a motorcycle in it but has a nice little shop off the end.

Something like this? When I bought it, completely empty with a dirt floor.
Upstairs turned into an apartment. Much of the material we reclaimed, and it took a few years to finish, if it ever will be.

mine isn't a warehouse but is definetely urban, my house is a "shotgun style" (converted) for those unfamiliar it's like a row house but instead of being attached to my neighbors house there is about 3 feet between, so my lot is only 25" wide and my garage is 20x48

I love living in the city, I love being close to the bar/party district (the highlands), I love being close to everything, but I hate the lack of space, if I could just have 2 acres in the middle of the city I'd be happy ;)

it is however a total wreck and this is an old pic and I no longer own 2 of these cars

Exactly what I'm looking for. You got any more pics both of your set up and your row house? Is all that in your basement? Fantastic.

it's not a row house, it's called a shotgun, similar to a row house but ith 3 feet beteen me and my neighbors on each side, my back year leads to an alley, I have 50 feet form my house to my garage and then the 48 foot garage and a 12 foor driveway

and no it's not in my basement

I have way too much ****, ay too many projects and not enough space
