If it is in stock it ships within 24hrs, if not, 5-7 days from the manufacturer unless they back order it which then the customer is notified.
i think i tried ordering some mid length 1/4 sockets from them. The order went through and then later i got an email saying they were not in stock.
**** I just read this part. Mine said 5-7 days, so I hope it's not on backorder.
Williams does not make a mid length socket and we have never offered any in any brand.
USA, Import, Deep, Shallow, 12pt and 6pt are the only 1/4 inch options.
It looks like they're a recent start-up (http://who.godaddy.com/whois.aspx?domain=toolsdelivered.com&prog_id=GoDaddy), and while there's a toll-free number listed on their website, there's no physical address or PO Box mentioned.
then i apologize, it must not have your site
Will ship complete 3/23 direct from Williams.
Thanks for the order.

We have our address on our invoices only.
If we publish to web the street address and direct email address, that contact info gets scraped by data mining companies and sold along with a list of other sites to marketing companies who want to then junk & email-hound us to death with "offers". Fortunately they rarely dial the phone number.

No tax outside of Colorado, 2.9% in state, 6.7% in Larimer County. We will get that put up on the shipping calculator page so thanks for the tip.I'm not going to lie to you. I'm not real big on dealing with overly secretive sellers. Especially new ones.
Can you at least tell us what city and state you're in? That would go a long way at eliminating "surprise" sales tax, and giving the potential customer an idea of shipping costs and times.
I didn't see much information about shipping on your site. Do you offer delivery via US Mail. What about USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes? Do you offer the option to ship FedEX ground for heavy orders?
WoD
I would assume that if you were to want to place a heavy order, you could call them up and talk to someone about custom shipping options.
Gotcha, makes sense.
I always look for at least a phone number. These days with free Google Voice numbers, that's not much to ask for.
In the 2 years you've done wholesale/government sales, which Williams tools would you say were your biggest sellers?
I received my order.
(2 single Williams wrenches)
Glad I stumbled upon this thread. I may be convinced me to shop with this place considering A: the responsiveness of the retailer and B: the in stock items are only a couple states away. I hate waiting for things from the east coast and havent had much success finding companys with warehouses on this side of the country.

I see your BAHCO 5 PIECE file set is cheaper on the web site then what you sell it for on ebay
In the age of internet business, reputable companies DO NOT hide ANY info such as this.
I'm a small vendor and I have my picture, my personal cell phone number, and my home address on my website as I have nothing to hide. What are you so worried about that you feel you have to hide ANY info about your company???

This post is so ignorant I feel compelled to respond. It's called PERSEC, Google it, but until you do I might suggest not using any checkin applications like Foursquare. "Suspicion breeds confidence, only the paranoid survive"
BTW, I mean this in the nicest way possible.
OK I have a question?
I did e mail but I'll ask it here too.
I was waiting for the Williams socket set, Williams MS-14-24RC to come back in stock, and it has.
I am wanting to also order Heavy Duty Circuit Tester Item Id: Cal-Van 70, and The
3\8" Drive Enclosed Head Ratchet 10-3\4" Item Id: Williams B-52EHLA
And also the
1\4" Drive Enclosed Head Ratchet 5-1\4" Item Id: Williams M-52EHA.
And maybe some other Items if I see something I want.
But the 1/4" Ratchet is out of stock.
Is there a way to order and pay for it and just send it to me with the rest of the stuff when the 1/4" ratchet come in stock?
Also, Do you handle the warranty on these WILLIAMS TOOLS IF NEEDED?
Thanks,
Tony
I would expect a storefront or office address, but not home address. As long as there's a phone number, I'm okay with it.
