As stated, rubber but not like a o-ring. It has rubber ribs that make contact with the spark plug. I've had the kind that the darn rubber o-ring/washer would come out of the socket when you removed the spark plug from the socket, this is not made the same way so that should not happen.

So, is shipping to Hawaii is a no go? We are a state and I 'd buy a set if you're willing to ship. USPS flat rate works just as well here as the rest of the US.

Shipping weight is 1lb 14oz and dimensions are 9" x 5" x 2"
It will not fit in a small flate rate box (Unless you want just the 3 sockets without the blow molded case).
So shipping will be around $10 to Hawaii.
I am shipping from 48125.
Use the weight and dimensions I listed and check for rates.

Same applies to Guam, only difference is that we are a territory.

Since these won't fit in the "small" flat rate box. Shipping is $8, additional $1.75 if you want insurance and additional $0.70 if you want delivery confirmation ( I thought it was tracking but it's not really good for tracking).
Right now I am only taking paypal because I've been sitting here waiting for a money order payment and I haven't heard squat from the buyer. At least with paypal I know what's going on!
