I have had the worst service from mac over the years - pathetic isn't an adequate description.

I have four sockets that I am trying to buy. Can't find the local dealer. Tried the website - no help. Tried the "contact us" link. No response. Tried to order four sockets - over a week ago - STILL no reply.

What a waste!

I am trying to buy:
Mac, 3/8 Drive, 6-point, Impact, Metric
1. XDP620MMR 20MM DEEP IMPACT SOCKET
2. XDP619MMR 19MM DEEP IMPACT SOCKET
3. XDP69MMDR 9MM EXTRA DP IMPACT SOCKET
4. XDP68MMDR 8MM EXTRA DP IMPACT SOCKET

If anyone in the group has a connection... I'd appreciate an introduction.

How is the website no help? Just for the hell of it I typed the first part number in the search bar, brought up the exact socket, and had it in my shopping cart in a few seconds.

I must ask, why continue to buy tools from a company when you're so dissatisfied with their service?

Call the 1 800 Mac Tools phone number and they will send them right out that same day, they are very fast over the phone. I have bought things from them over the phone and they are straight up and good to deal with.

Oddly enough I have ordered something from Mac via their website and it vanished into cyber space. It said the order was completed but I never got charged and the item never got sent. Who knows, Mac's website hasn't been updated since 1996.

Ahhh, so it works to put it in your cart, but not to buy? That's stupid. Maybe you can find a dealer that's willing to ship to you. Not sure how you can find one, I looked all over on google and strangely enough there is no dealer locator on their web site.
Honestly, I haven't even seen many Mac trucks around me anymore. I see Matco and Snap On all over the place, but no Mac.

Mac is owned by China so I won't buy anything from them anymore. I may even sell my t/d set and get a Greenwood.

Thanks, JASTECH
