Estate Sale Find

Found this at a local estate sale for $10 and couldn't pass it up. I actually have never heard of Blue Point, but as it states made in USA, had to have it. Looks to be is good shape, any input on this thing? Blue Point = Snap On!

the newer version of that creeper says snap on on it. it can still be purchased in the snap on tools parts dept for like $20
