Cool!
I like the size ratio of garage to house. :D

LOL>. Original house is 2000 sf/ft under air with a 24x20 attached 2 car and a 58x14 under roof patio on the back side. So 1200 sqft for a garage is about right :D Should have foundation poured by end of week...

I have to admidt that your tag caught my eye "67 455 bird". Years ago I did a frame off 67 400 4-speed convertible with my Dad and then helped a good friend stuff a 454 into a 68 Firebird hardtop. His was more in line with what you are up to - full cage, solid body bushings, removable front fiberglass clip, etc. I miss my Firebird :( :(

The garage is going to help.....best of luck - looks like you are on your way. Post a few pictures every now and then

Thanks for the comments. This car is actually my high school car. I paid $300 for it in April 1977. It barely made it home. This project started many years ago. With the newe garage I hope to have it finished this summer for my 30 year reunion. Would be nice to cruise in with my old hs car.

Got any pics of the 67 bird? I am a big fan of 67-69s. I also like the early 70s T/As.

The link in my signature points to some pics. It's a work in progress. But currently on hold while the garage gets built. It's my old high school car. I paid $300 back in 1977 for it. This is the 4th overhaul/remodel since then. But this is what I always wanted to do. I hope to be able to drive it to my 30 year reuninon later this summer.

Thanks. Looks like it is coming along well so far. I would like to see the progress.
I had a 69 I paid 600.00 for in 88, but after rebuilding the engine and a year of college I sold it. It was in rough shape body wise. I also remember a 69 convert we had when I was a kid.

Man I sure wish I had a cool car like that in High school and still have it now.

Actually my High school car was a 71 Roadrunner with a 440 in it. Really only drove it to the track to drag race it. Got runner up in the High school drag racing city championship for my High School even though I was the only participant from my high school.

Funny part was the High school I transferred out was my pit crew when I entered the finals against their biggest rival.
