I have been on here for a few years and decided to finally post and share my project. I acquired this property in Jan of this year and finally took possession the Beginning of May. the shop is 36' wide by 90' deep. it is 3 sections a showroom area (front section), warehouse area(middle section) and a paint booth/room (last section). The shop was used as a cabinet shop with dust collection system and air systems installed throughout. My plan is to build out a room and office in the front section and add a theater nook that will be open to the showroom area. The middle section I will be using to work on cars and offroad rigs (the dirtiest area) The last area will be a storage room for my offroad and race parts. I have been putting long hours in remodeling it. pictures and more details to follow. Sadly i didn't take any pictures before i started but i have started to take some now.

If those white gloss sheets were what Tom used on his place they're $70/sheet..

Thanks, making good process. Got french door installed from front area to warehouse area. went with a 72"x80" with glass in the middle and blinds built in, got it trimmed out nicely as well as got all my shelving, closet packs, door casings and bi folds installed ready for paint tomorrow. should have all the doors and trim painted tomorrow, Thursday and Friday, hardwood goes in theater area, transition from office to bathroom to warehouse(up to new french doors) Marnolium is also being installed in bath room.

What is your business exactly. Cars, Off-road, or electronics? Or a combo of all three? Nice space you have. Looks like you are making some serious headway with it.

Curt: the gray stuff is the affordable one stage epoxy from home depot, I have a high quality urethane sealer coming to seal it. I changed up the front area it was gonna be the 3 stage epoxy with heavy flake however I think that would be annoying to look at everyday. So decided black acid stain with enough sealer to get a show quality finish.

Kevin: Bing Bing Bing, I do all three plus a lot more. Have a car dealers license, offroad shop business, sell electronics and appliances (for fun)
