Just having second thoughts, or last minute woes... Anyway I had my mind set on Epoxy Coat but could not get a hold of Christine anytime I called so went with Scott's product as he was always quick to respond to PM. Anyway tomorrow is the day to do this and running into a few issues.

First I was planning on putting a logo in the middle of my shop under the clear (Main reason why I wanted the clear was to have a very thick floor coating) Anyway I asked him a question about it because there is very little instructions on his clear kit and turns out I can't put a logo under this clear as it is not as thick as I was hoping for.

Anyway my purpose of this thread is I need an answer by tonight, is his kit a 100% solids kit? He told me they were very similar to Christine's stuff but offered a better clear so went his way but now I notice on the kit it says "High" Solids and not 100% Solids.

Anyway probably just overly worried but hopefully someone can respond before I put this down to know if I should be or not. Spent way more then I wanted to on my floor coating but I want to make sure it is what I want and thought I was getting.

Thank you!

Just to put everyone's fears to rest, including Kyle's...
I talked with him this morning and all is well.

Just to reply to a few of his statements..

We offer a urethane clear, not 100% solids (we can customize for those who ask)
Our base coat for the HD kit is 100% solids epoxy

Most epoxy kits have similarities to one another.

Lastly, we stand behind our products and offer customer service even on Sunday morning at 10:00 AM. However, it's best to call us rather then send a PM on this web-site as I don't always check my messages. Phone number is on the can.

you are braver than I am. i am in CT and will be waiting for a few days of no rain in a row before I tackle my garage. I was able to get ahold of christine on the first try and will be using epoxy coat.

It was beautiful out yesturday and today of course the nice day we were suppose to have tomorrow now looks like a 30% chance of rain. Oh well I got the door closed and the dehumidifier at a medium setting and it set at 70* inside so I would imagine it would be fine. Epoxy is dry, I put his clear coat on.... We will see how that works out.
