I am new to the site and was curious about building a new shop. I have reviewed some of the forums and am very impressed. I am considering a 40 X 50 X 12 shop. It will be all steel construction. I plan to put a lift in the center of the far end. The building will be very well insulated, but was wondering what type of heat is most desirable. I have been researching a waste oil furnace and it seems to be appealing to me. Looking at the manufacturers sites it appears that at least a 350000 btu unit would be required. What are your suggestions??
Love your site and look forward to your input.

Thanks in advance

Welcome! you might have better luck getting an answer in the heating section. I've been thinking about a steel building also, but much smaller. The ones by superior in tulsa are tempting, but I haven't researched their quality yet.
