I'm with you on that. I recently bought two Cornwell ratchets and really like them a lot. I would buy more from them if I didn't have to try and track down a local dealer.

I have even less (read NO) chance of seeing a Cornwell dealer as they don't exist north of the 49th parallel. dying to try out a the jr72 ratchets but I have about a snowball's chance in hell of that ever happening. Ah well.

I'm sure you could get someone from the states with access to the tools to buy and mail you one.

I did mention that in one of my wanted items threads but no reply. I'm sure I'll come across someone at some point that can pick me up some of the elusive Cornwell goodness.

Cornwell fliers have the best deals imo. They actually have sale prices, not just advertisment prices

maybe ask your dealer if he can still get in on the promo deal. i know i ordered my set 1st of july--came in last week. after all my co workers seen it, they ordered a set too. so he sold 3 more sets this past week at july promo price.

When I worked at the shop, Cornwell dealer seems to change a lot. They just couldn't keep up with Snap-On and Matco.

For sure lots of good deals on hand tools in the August flyer.....

While it may be a pain for some of you to purchase tools or get repair parts or warranty work, and I'm sorry for that, I personally believe Cornwell is trying to protect their dealers by not offering online orders. JMO.

As for my dealer, he's been pretty good. Has the best stocked truck out of all four that stop by, and is good about trade in's and working deals.

Hiball, I'm not too far from you......anything I can pick up for you? Also, have you noticed the Witte made screwdrivers have dissappeared from the flyers? I think that started about the time the new ratchet handles came out. I'm guessing a new line of screwdrivers is coming soon....

Yeah.. I remember there was a former dealer here that said it was against the franchise agreement for them to sell Online.

I can understand protecting their dealers, but I work a grave yard shift in a machine shop, so it is a little hard to catch up with a tool truck. I can remember ordering tools via mail order from Snap On way back in the late 70's and the local dealer contacted me at home and delivered my pre-paid order. I think something could be worked out that helped the dealers and the company. From what I am hearing, they could use the business. I am in KCMO in the KCI area, if anybody knows of a good Cornwell dealer in my area, I would appreciate a PM. Thanks.

Another thing i like about Cornwell is how there prices follow COO, Its not a suprise they sell alot of Imports but Generally they Price them accordingly.

I agree...except for the ratcheting wrenches. You know they are not USA, but the prices are $100 too much.

I really do like Cornball (as we used to call it) and have several of their tools. I'd really like to have a couple of those ratchet assortments.

Thanks for posting the link...maybe I should flag down my guy I see on the road from time to time.
