Okay so I started with a Craftsmen raised panel wrench, I cut out two inches and welded it back together. Next, I grinded the welds and made the wrench smooth. I used gun blue on one wrench, but didn't like it. So I ended up spraying it with bed liner in a rattle-can.

i bought some craftsman wrenches and just cut them in half. i didn't much like them, they are now at home.
i then found some stanley stubby's at walamrt for $15 a set. they work just fine.

I've got some pretty good coin in tools (make my living with them), but, my SAE stubbys I use the most are a $9 set of stanleys I got at walmart.. I was gifted a set of snapons, but I'm using them as trade in on the truck when i get back home.. lol
