Ive changed jobs a few months ago and now work on a lot of light/medium duty trucks with hydraulic brakes. Time to buy a double flaring tool. Any recommendations?

I like the Ridgid one I bought a while back.

Works much better than the crappy ones they sell at the auto parts store. I think I got it for about $68 online. You have to buy the flaring adapters separately for that price but I just used the ones I had from the crappy tool.

I don't have a pic....but I bought a really nice one....made in USA last Spring at Sears. I had to make up a couple lines for a 1938 Nash and it worked very well.

Does Rigid make a complete set with adapters?

I like the Ridgid flaring tool. The 345-DL comes with double flaring buttons. If you buy the one from Home Depot that has no buttons, the buttons from a cheap tool can be used. The buttons can also be purchased individually from ToolTopia.
