I've got the steel version that was on sale for $79 a few month ago- love it! Just changed the oil on my dad's '07 Silverado 4x4 and it picked it up with probably 4 full pumps.

I have their previous generation but looks identical. Actually have two of them.... they work great... no complaints at all.

Same here; I have the steel version as well, and I recommend it. The aluminum jacks weighs around 55lbs, while the steel version is 70lbs. That's only a 15lb difference; not sure if 15lbs if worth the extra $100 dollars.
You mean the Arcan one? I don't think they have the Aluminum one available anymore. The 3.5 Ton Arcan for $100 is hard to resist with Costco's return policy.

Cheap jacks are fine, just don't crawl under the car without jackstands. Strong ones.
I have the Costco version, it's only 2 USA tonnes or around 1.8 UK tons and it struggles to lift my Range Rover, also makes lots of weird creaking noises when lowering.
Perfect for lighter vehicles but I'll stick with my Epco 3 ton vintage jack for the heavy lifts.

All the people I know who have these take them to the track. They have steel ones at home, and or lifts.

If you have to take get a Warranty... I am not sure if I should buy it!
He did say he uses it for racing, I'm sure it get plenty of abuse.

I think you probably mean the 1.5 Ton $60 Jack at HF.

Don't crawl under any car on any jack without stands or other support. Even the 3rd world guy with the 4x4 under his truck knows that

My first $180 Craftsman racing jack didn't make it through the standard warranty period. The current once doesn't like any orientation other than flat on the ground. Grab the handle, carry it down the driveway, set it down and it won't pump for a few minutes, then only half pumps. So the HF can't be much worse and might be the C-man's replacement.
