Anybody know what these are?

One is 45 degrees and the other is 60 degrees. The only writing on them is Pat'd Made in USA (back when we used to make stuff). The abrasive is just emery cloth that you can change out when it wears out.

JC Whitney sold these and other fairly cheap DIY valve tools for years. End has threaded hole that came with a variety of pilots to fit in the guides, even including a big sleeve to allow use in Flathead Fords...you got a stack of pre-punched emery paper abrasives. The 30 degree was used on some elderly chevy sixes, I think.

Great info, thanks. Someone else actually sent me a picture. Not sure who else might have sold these but it looks like they came in a kit with everything you needed. The name Zim was mentioned as one of the manufacturers.
