It's an anti-theft thing. You can leave it outside and no one will steal it.How will you know where it is in the shop?

Well I guess snap on is trying to fill EVERY conceivable niche and color scheme that the tool buying public may have.

I'm willing to concede to those going for a theme or a fashion statement, though.
Its just another option like the extreme green toolboxes. Snap-on has probably done some market research and determined that there is there is a demand for camouflaged tool storage.

I like it. Been wondering for years why no one makes camo toolbox or anything tool related.
You could probably get some camo wrap that they wrap vehicles with and put it on any toolbox you wanted. It's just like tinting windows.
