As long as the concrete is flat and in one piece you can fix anything else. How wide is that garage door? Pushing the limit I think.

ok so Michelle and me bought a house

gutted the kithen replaced everything

its coming back together slowly Michelle has painted every wall two time and all the trim
and we had the floors redone

and then BAM first problem **** old *** main painel. i needed to and 220v for thr dryer
found out the old *** brakersare OVER PRICED AS HELL so Michelle got her Master electrician freind to check it out and he was like o **** its got to go! $700

and to my surerise dude got me a used bad *** main paniel for my shop and put in for free! THANKS STEVE!

You may have been "forced" to upgrade your electric panel but it is an expense that you will not regret. Those old style breakers are not only expensive they do not have a particularly good safety record. I see 220 breaker in the main for the garage sub panel. How many AMPS?

I think the warm weather States do it quite often

Our ex-house has the panels outside.

Nice work - welcome to old house ownership. It's work, but they are typically worth the effort. Looks like a fine place to live.

Congrats also. That new panel is a good addition. Looks like all the wire was in good shape. If you decide to add a second floor to the house that tree in the front yard will have enough wood in it to do the whole build. man thats a big tree.

In my old house, the electrical panel was in the basement bathroom. Before we sold city inspector said "no way has to be moved otta here or no sale!" I couldn't imagine a panel be outside anywhere since water and electricity don't mix!

well here in Memphis most every panel is outside or car port PRE 85. There is a 90amp service out to the shop

got all the hard wood refinshed

gutted the kitchen, i think it was build for a midget the furdown was 16 inchs from the cieling!

got one side done

got to pressarewashing the GREEN off the bricks

then got started on my shop floor

test spot and my headers came back from getting coated

the shop will be gettin new siding and sheating this spring
