My almost finished garage - Added new floor

I've been visiting this site for close to a year now while working on my 26' X 21' two car garage. I've realized it will likely never be done, so I thought I'd post some pics. It certainly doesn't compete with most of the garages on this site, but it's perfect for me until I hit the lottery. The first three are before pics, followed by current ones.

Here are the current ones. I still need a flooring solution, but after researching pricing......it will have to wait.

Great idea with the storage above the overhead doors! I'll have to look at my garage for that option. I've got 10ft ceilings with 8ft overhead doors.

Looking good I have been working on mine for a year now and realised a couple weeks ago due to the depth of my garage I am going to have to rearange most of my lower cabinets . My garage is 21X25 but its 25 wide not deep and my 63F100 is 18 feet long without the bumpers on it .

So what is the wall/track mounting system that you used for the cabinets and hanging items? Details/pricing and links would be great.

Nice garage.... I like the stripe. I was looking at doing it before using a border

How do you like cabinets.

Very nice. I am about to paint my walls on my new shop and like your color scheme. What color gray and part number is on the lower portion and what is the spacing of your striping? Simple but awesome.

Larry

BTW, when I finish my project, I will post my pics on the board.

The wall organizer is called storewall. There are several online retailers, but I found my best price at Storic.com

Sorry all, don't know how to quote multiple people. The cabinets are awesome. I bouth them from Sears and assembled them, very durable, fully adjustable hinges and heavy. The large locker cabinet weighs 190lbs.

Your cabinets definitely look sharp. I see they are relatively affordable as well!

What do you think of them now that you've had them in a while? Durable? Well made?

Very nice, clean lines and everything in its place. Well done. What are you looking at for the floor (budget allowing)?

I think for what I use it for, I'd like something like a racedeck tile. My second choice would be epoxy. Either way, I couldn't figure out how to do it for much less than about $1500

I love the cabinets, they're way heavy duty, have ball bearing drawers, fully adjustable and reversable hinges and have held up well so far.

Yeah, the first time I hung my bike, it did the same thing. Then, I realized I had the rope pulled the wrong way through the pulley's. Since then, it's worked fine.

Larry,

The grey extends up to 39" from the floor, it's a Behr paint, item number 770F with the name of "grey area". The black and white stripes are 1.5" and the red stripe is 3". Hope this helps.

Great job!! I like the placement of your bike between the garage door rails.
The color scheme is great too.
Man I can not wait until our new home is completed, so I can start on my new garage set up.

Very good looking. I like the ultiMate/Craftsman look...Too many people make garages that have no unified feel. This one came together nicely.

Well, I still need a solution for the flooring. Is there a such thing as a decent product for around $2.00 per s.f.?

The garage looks great. Nice job.

I'm working on redoing a small 2-car garage right now and I hope it turns out as well as yours.

Great organization, nice looking!

Would you not like the VCT flooring? That's under a dollar a foot, and if you chose to, you could add a border or other details that matched/complimented your wall stripes.

I'm open to it, what brands of VCT would you recommend and where would one find it?
