to be honest with you billymade, I'm not much of a Chrysler/Dodge fan at all. But I do like the older muscle cars like the Challengers(the real ones), chargers(again the real ones), and the Hemi-Cuda's. Probably the main reason I got this box is because I got it for a decent price. It's a KRL Master series and I got it for $6,000.00. the guy was asking 65 but I talked him down a little.

Nice tool box. I remember when they came out. I drive 18 wheeler for a regional trucking co. and deliver a lot of snap on boxes. Some of them are brutally heavy. One guy bought 2 of them that I had to del. and I let him open them while I was there to check for damages. Not a mopar fan but they sure were nice.

No, that's QUALITY that you're feeling! That box will last many, many years! I've had my Snap On box since 1988 and I've moved it at least 8 times and it's still straight and true (I moved my Craftsman top box twice and it twisted)!

That KRL is heavy because it's made out of real parts. You are not the owner of that box, you're just the caretaker in this life time. Like your guns, it will outlast you. Congrats!

Nice box indeed, I wish I had the box money that cost! I would need just the bottom 72" long w/ss top so that I could access all the tools.
Thanks, JASTECH

Quality can be heavy. The thicker sheetmetal and extra braces and supports are why you buy that type of box. Have fun working out of it for many, many years to come.

Actually, that's about the proper going price for a Snap-on box of this size and configuration. So if you'd have preferred one in plain red, or black or whatever, had you shopped around, eventually one would have turned up at that price level.

But what you've got there is quite a unique box. I'm no Mopar nut at all, but I still find it ultra cool. The color absolutely fits the bill, and brings back the memory of those early Mopars. I would not be too surprised if one day some Mopar fan sees it in your shop and offers you a tidy profit to sell it. Take good care of it!

Yeah it has a Real Super Bee emblem on it. I think thats pretty dang cool. The guy that owned it before me was an older gentleman and was retiring and he traded it for like 4 matco roll carts. soooo that emblem may have actually come off an old Mopar muscle car. I dunno.....cool thought though.

That tool box is cool, I like the tasteful decoratons on it, and i'm sure as many have said it will last a very long time. Now I'm picturing a late 60's Mopar with a Hemi with the hood open parked in front of it and a **** brunette perched on the fender as I explain to her that the carburetor needs adjustment.
