Help! Which Leatherman for the UPS guy?

I'm not sure if the UPS can even accept a gift like this, but if he's with a helper, I'll say it fell out of his pocket yesterday or something.

He's been delivering to my area for maybe 3 years now. I plan to move in a couple of months, and don't want to risk waiting in case he goes on vacation or to a different route abruptly. He goes above and beyond what is required of him (heaving heavy boxes up 3 flight of stairs if I'm not around or don't object), always with a smile.

Leatherman Freestyle CX - pliers and knife

Leatherman Wingman - full-featured multi-tool, but "entry-level" priced

Leatherman Skeletool - pliers, knife, screwdriver, carabiner/bottle opener

The Freestyle is simplest, the Skeletool the coolest, and the Wingman a bit more versatile. I have one of each, brand new.

I also have a spare Victorinox pocket knife somewhere, new in box.

i was not a fan of the skeletool when it first came out. less tools, and more money than the basic tool. i was given one as a gift and since they can now be found on sale for sometime lesst than thirty dollars, i have changed my opinion. i have carriedit often for the last year or so and it performs well. stylish, a good blade, nice clip and four screwdriver bit sizes. simple and elegant. for a tool of it's size i highly recomend it.

Very similar opinion here. When I first got my skeletool I thought the pliers were wimpy (they are) and that it was lacking versatility and variety of tools (it is). Since, I've realized the skeletool is an excellent replacement for the typical linerlock knives I used to carry clipped in my pocket, since my Charge is too big and awkward to carry most of the time.

My buddy loves his skeletool cx, and preferes to wear his clipped to a belt loop since he hates things in his pocket.

The multi-tool which has spent the most time in my hands actually doing work is the SOG Pocket Power Plier. I own other but the little SOG is the one I usually carry. In second place these days is the Leatherman Juice S2.

Among those mentioned above, I would choose the Skeletool for myself.

I voted Wingman. The traditional style Leatherman tools have been quite useful to me. I've got a Supertool 300 that I keep on my belt, and a military-issued Core (flat black) in my deployment bag that have both come in handy more times than I can remember.

I vote skeletool or freestyle. I have the skeletool and love it, but if you don't need the bottle opener or screwdriver, get the freestyle.

Brown { john } loves the blue dog. tells me he is the best dog on his route.
I vote for one of the pocket sized leatherman, i think the cs4 is a good unit for edc.

Sometimes once a week, sometimes every day.

But he always goes above and beyond for me, and I want to say thank you with a little gift. I forgot his name (oops) and don't know much about him, but I've never met a guy that doesn't like knives or multi-tools.

Here are some of the things he's brought to me, occasionally helping carry upstairs to my 3rd floor apt: Craftsman 26" x 16" 5-drawer ball bearing chest, 8-foot long bundles of extruded aluminum, a portable table saw or two, miter saw or three, work stands, shop vacuums, a wooden mobile tool cabinet that's broken down and divided into three boxes, a set if kettlebell weights...

Sometimes I receive one package, other days there may be six. He'll offer to help carry a bundle upstairs and I'll have to insist that I can handle it in two trips.

Like I said, nice guy, goes above and beyond.
