EDIT: OK, I'm going to be a little more specific here with my wants.

Here's what I already have:

4 7.2v drills

2 9.6v drills that use the stick type batteries

2 7.2v flashlights

1 14.4v drill

1 14.4v work light

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And here's what I need:

jigsaw, 7.2v or 9.6v

7.2v sander

right angle drill, 7.2v or 9,6v

14.4v drill, preferably a 6236D

Thanks for looking!

First of all, those new ones look pretty sweet!

And the other looks pretty good too. Are the batteries ni-cd or ni-mh, and do they still hold a good charge? And that's not the original charger is it?

And, this might be important. How much?

Thanks they are a cool set. Home depot had them on sale so I had to do it. Besides my christmas shopping was all done at that time.

The other set is 2 years old to me. I purchased it for 90 at a pawn shop. So I am not sure if it is the original charger or not. The charger is faded in color because I left it on the deck when I was building it. I was by myself and was tired runnin back into house for recharge.
The batteries say Ni-MH Rechargable Nickel-Metal Hydride Battery. This is straight from the label.
Yes they hold charges well. I used it for a 20 X 10 deck, hanging doors and adjusting cabinets in the house. As far as price I dunno, I reckon I would like to get bout 50 giv er take, I think it would be about 15-20 fed ex. You can always make an offer, been in my closet since christmas..

I have 2 9.6v drills. One is a key chuck They have working batteries and charger
I also have a the same drill in a metal box with 2 battries and charger.
PM if you could use them. I am the only owner. I have not used them in a long time. I keep the battries charged and they do work. There is a battery site I found that sells good generic ones cheap.

I also have a 6.2 grinder that works great. I have the battery and charger for this one as well. I have other tools but not sure what they are after 20 years. They are in boxes on the top shelf. I need to clean things out.
PM me with any request.

Alright, I'm going to suspend my Makita search for now. I already have several things coming in.

I've gotten a couple of PMs with offers of items that I already have now, so I don't want to waste anyone's time.

If I need anything else, I'll come up with a new ad. Thanks everyone!
