Thanks for this. Picked up two ranges of clicker torque wrenches in good brands and prices that I can't justify spending a ton on. I've been meaning to grab some for awhile. Although it won't really matter for my application, I wonder how long the the certificates are good to?
I really need to quit "checking in" on this thread. I can't afford to save much more money.

Stuey - I used your toolguyd website to research sliding miter saws and saw you posted a Metabo 12" on amazon for $389. I clicked the link you had to amazon and now they have it priced at $349. Seems like a pretty good deal. Might have to pull the trigger. Thanks!

So the price dropped again? Sweet! Everything looks good on paper, but I still cannot help wonder why it's priced so low. Metabo is usually a top-tier brand not known for being cheap.

Got an email from Grainger stating my pliers order is cancelled, *however* the same thing happened on the SK ratchets a few months ago. Keep your eyes peeled on the pliers, and if they come back in stock you can likely call Grainger's 800 number and they'll honor the price.

No idea if it was just my Sears, but I got a 'Bis-kit' biscuit adapter for a router for $4.97, marked down from $49.99. They had one other one on the shelf.

Not on my screen, this bunch have just increased prices by at least 20% in the past week, and for international buyers--just forget it-your order will just not 'process properly" on any specials,-locals only by the looks, they simply don't need the business apparently
i was talking about in-store

Techbargains reports 33% off everything today only at Advance Auto Parts -- using FRIDAY32 discount code. I don't need anything, but someone might give it a try and see if it works...

Not everything. My brother forwarded me the email from Advance with the code. Doesn't mention it excludes oil but it does. Even called to ask why the code doesn't work and that is what they said. Was hoping to get 12 gallons of oil but nope. Rotella 5w-40 is on sale for $22.99 though.

SATURDAY33 gets your 30% on saturday and SUNDAY34 gets your 25% off this sunday.

Same here, trying to get some jack stands, Even turned my pop up blocker off because it looks like it is trying to open a window but still nothing.

Retailmenot isn't showing the Friday deal only Sat. and Sunday and a ton of other smaller ones.

Guess they are showing it under the "unpopular" codes

Didn't work for me. But A123 is still active. If you can adjust your purchase to $50 you get $20 off which is 40%. Not bad:

Applied Promotion: A123
$10 off orders of $30 or more - $20 off orders of $50 or more - $30 off orders of $100 or more!

Weird, cause the one I looked at in my local store was. The individual sets were definately 50/50 though... still partway through being switched.

Same for me. All of the "modules" were made in USA in my store. Judging by the dust on them they are old stock being discontinued...

Advanceauto website *****. I've struggled with it before, but just now I tried searching for Valve Stems,, and it keeps prompting me for my make, model & year. Won't even show me the generic valve stem replacement parts, tools, etc.

I refuse to shop at this dump

Anyone looking for a good set of offset wrenches in metric, try AdvanceAuto for the Stahlwille set: Stahlwille WRE SET 8-22MM. $157.49 less the Saturday33 codeand free shipping puts the set to your door for $110.24.
Stahlwille Offset Wrenches

If you need SAE or want USA, try the Armstrong 10-piece ratcheting wrench set, $161.81 delivered.
Armstrong Ratcheting Wrenches

Also seems to be working on the large SK toolsets. Master toolset for $1565, saving $670.
SK Master Tool Set
Price with the coupon seems average, but free shipping too. YMMV.

O'reilly Auto Parts has Ultra Steel ratcheting wrench sets on clearance for $5.47 each, normally $24.99.

I was able to get the SAE set last night, and found a store on their website close by that has the metric set for $5.47 as well.

Make a decent set for the vehicle.

I posted this on another web site and folks confirmed the same deal in Texas and North Carolina as well.

link to said wrench sets? I search for ultra steel on the website and nothing. I look under the ratcheting wrenches and all that comes up is GM Goodwrench and KD sets. is this in store only and have to call?

what are the specs of the metric set? how many pieces and what sizes?
