Just a couple things from Sears today. The Gearwrench set was $25. I bought a second pair of the gloves because they fit me hands good, and picked up another box wrench.

Only the orange mini screwdriver set is new, but I had to rearrange the drawer a little bit.

Jeffmoss - if you want to trade it for another color I would be up for it. Green would be awesome, but I really don't care.

Moose - I purchased that at your recommendation 3-4 years ago. Thanks!

I like it, it works really well for a lot of different things - not only VW stuff. I have a Snap-on set on order, I think a longer version would be really useful.

Robertmo - UVEX Bionic. I think it's anti-scratch and anti-fog, they have a lot of different versions of the shield material.

Glad to hear! Are you referring to the 3-piece set from Snap-on? I have that set but haven't used it much, aside from removing small pipes and hoses. The problem i find with the Snap-on ones is the thickness of the fork. The VW one is very slim. You can get one the same but longer, i believe mine is a Matador one that Monte found for me.

What is the nextec on the right of your pic is that there nail driver. And how does it work good or bad.

It's a 12v right angle impact driver. I've used it for a few hours now and I'm happy with it. They had them marked down to $59.99 and it came with the drill pictured for free.

JayL, is that from the $69 eBay deal?

Yes it was $69 plus tax since the the vendor is in CA and I send my orders to LA.

I was able to purchase 3 pieces.

I do like the fact that the guard is tool less and lever less too. :)

@ Monte

Thanks ... you are right about the switch of this Flex. It's comfortable to use.

Just got back from vacation and had a few parcels waiting for me....

First off, snappy 8 pc screwdrivers from member jwitt. I just love getting parcels from members on here because they're packed to within an inch of their lives! He had each driver wrapped in cling wrap and placed in the tray. Then the tray was wrapped in bubble wrap, taped and wrapped in more cling wrap! The whole thing was in a flat rate box with extra tape and all the spare air was filled with popcorn foam! love it!
Oh, and jwitt was great to deal with! Thanks!

Next is a 1/2 impact set from eBay. Couldn't resist it at about 1/4 of retail shipped!

Lastly, from eBay, a set of SO end cutters, stahlwille ratcheting screwdriver, Wera 1/2 extension, and Matco kiwi pliers. Picked up the IR hammerhead at sears in SC.
