Ok, so while I am re-doing the garage (no progress yet, still planning), I want to repaint my finished interior. It has a textured drywall interior painted flat white.
I want to go white gloss or semi gloss for the walls and for my wood cabinets I'm building that will hang on the wall. My painter is saying that I should go eggshell for the walls and semi-gloss for the wood cabinets. I'm looking for light reflection and ease of clean up, but I don't want something that looks odd. My painter wants to roll the walls and spray the cabinets.
This is a big wall of cabinets, about 18 feet of a 22 foot wall. Rest of the garage walls and ceilings would have whatever paint the wall does.
So, should I stand my ground for gloss or semi-gloss all around or is my painter smarter than me (totally likely...)?
Thanks!
