Figured it was time for a consolidation thread, so here goes. Please bear with me as this post will be edited to make room for additional items as I run across them.

EDIT: I just want to thank members for their patience and apologize for it sometimes taking longer than it should to get something shipped. I'm going to be honest and say that I **** at getting things in the mail immediately but I do appreciate your cooperation.

) with a free 17 and 18mm (Which would cost $18 + tax, a total of about $40 new).
