Does anybody know if you can use copper 1/0 thw for the service entrance from the disconnect to the main panel for a 200 amp service? It is rated for 600 volts and wrapped with a oil resistant insulation. My location is Columbus, GA.

no, 1/0 is only good for 175A, needs a minimum 2/0 copper or 4/0 Aluminum.

This is assuming single phase residence service.

If the lugs can handle it, namely listed for 2 conductors, 1/0 is the minimum size allowed to paralell conductors but it does have to meet the criteria spelled out in the NEC.
