Adjustable Clamp Co.m What is this?

Ok so I know sort of what this is but what is it for?
I search for adjustable clamp co and Jorgensen comes up.
Put the part number in and I get this image

And it says it is a Bolt Assembly
I have 29 some of them .

The part number is 1623-BA

If you are asking what it is for, you use on equipment with Tsloted tables such as CNC milling machines or a Bridgeport. Or any worksurface with a hole to put the bolt through.

Depend on the table slots in a drill press they work great. i just bought that one at a flea market for 3.00. It fits the slot of my drill press.

I have several of them on a wood work bench. I counter bored the top so when not in use the bolt heads are below the surface. I don't use the clamp very often, but it can be a lifesaver.
