The local Best Buy is closing and they are selling all their fixtures. They have pin electrical "cords" that are in metal flexible conduit. The outlets then connect at the other end. Is this something that I could adapt for my shop? I like the idea of being able to move outlets as the layout changes. I can not seem to find the exact one (used Google) but they look to have two rows of 10 or so pins. they might be called EPIC connectors??

Reloc is normally used for lighting....

and for receptacles to cubicles, checkstands, islands, etc.

as far as if its useful in your shop, that depends on the configuration of what youre getting.

There are a bunch of "cords" with connectors on each end and then a bunch of outlets.

You should be able to use it. I think it would look tacky, but that's just my opinion.
