I think the S at the start would have more of an SH sound. Sort of like 'stall', but instead it's 'shtall'. And I believe the H means you drag the A sounds out more. So kind of like 'shtaal' and the 'ville' part would be like 'will', with nothing dragged out. So 'shtaal will' is the probably incorrect way I would say it.
