I need to invest in a full face shield for weed whacking. I wear safety glasses but tonight I nearly lost a tooth when a rock was shot back at me, it has a guard on it but it really seems like it does nothing. When I am done it always looks like I stood infront of a mulcher.

I want a really good quality one with a pretty rigid shield, preferably replaceable so when it gets dinged up I only need to replace part of it not buy a new one.

Amazon.com will only ship books and DVD's to Canada. Such BS.

I just placed the order from http://www.coleparmer.ca/ seemed to be the best price and a clearly real business in Canada. Grabbed some other stuff for the order too haha.

I use a chain saw mask with attached ear muffs from Princess Auto. The mask is wire mesh - similar to a heavy guage window screen. They have great ventilation as well as built in ear protection. I think it cost about $25.

^^^Not good for weed eating IMHO. Awkward to wear full ear hearing protectors and not the best head protection.

You need one of these but use it with regular safety glasses for added eye protection from dust.
