Can I ask about what it costs to put up a building like that? We are looking to buy a 5 acre lot and build a house and workshop. I'm trying to figure out what to budget for the shop. I have a good idea on the house as I have seen a few and know about what I will have to pay per SF out in the country with septic and geothermal, but I have no idea what an out building will cost per SF. I assume that it would be cheaper to go with a company who specializes in the outbuildings versus having my GC out it up.

Been away from the forum and post for a while....... have made some progress and will get some updated pictures! I decided to finish the inside with galvanized metal and OSB. I did the upstairs the same way and plan on putting a little bar in.

Did a sliding door upstairs.
