Hi guys!

Well, I'm starting design my new garage. The thing is: I don't have the garage and space for storage and workbenches on the same place, the car garage / heavy work space is the front of the house and storage and workbenches area is the backyard, on a room that have 10ft X 10ft.

So, if you guys can help me, I wanna see some pictures or plans that can help me on plan.

Thanks!

Yeah! kind of. I have a room, that measures exactly 6ft X 12ft, I'm wondering a storage area and a small work station, because, when I need more space, I can use my garage...The problem is: the storage is in the backyard and the garage in front of the house.

I will provide some plans an photos from what I'm talking about soon. For now, you can find a house as mine at this link, maybe, It helps to ilustrate what I'm talking about. http://www.z10imoveis.com.br/comprar-casa-terra-magna-indaiatuba-sp/1273030

Anyway, I was taking a look at your workshop! Amazing! Congrats!

Sounds like you need to create some sort of mobile workbench that you can move from front to back according to project and weather. Do you have good path between the two areas?

A mobile tool cart could be a good start, but sometimes there are larger items that have to be moved too.

Maybe pipe the airlines permanently between the two.

Divide your tools between the areas by function.

Being only 10 x 10, I think sheves up to the cealing on both sizes and a table at the end. The table being fixed with more shelves or mobile as suggested above.
