The Only reason this is my Favorite Photo is,

It shows the Old Undersized Sideways Garage during its disassembly and removal stage, which split my backyard in half.

and the New Nice and Big, with Plenty of Room Garage During its Assembly Stage.

(OK...I Lied! There is never enough room)

Here's my favorite. The pic doesn't look like much, but the first time I turned around and saw this, I knew I had to get a pic. I've dreamed for 20 years, saved for some and will be paying for it for 5 more years. I've only ever had a one car garage, and no garage before that. I've changed trannies, transfer cases, motors, etc. outside in a foot of snow and had to dig around in the snow to find my tools. When I see this pic, it still makes me smile.

Heres my favorite. It was the Eve of a Wheeling day and we all decided we needed to do few things and of course everybody had an excuse to not get things done. So I suggested to one guy why not bring your Jeep over to my place and we could install those new shocks. Another said he wanted to rotate his tires. Next thing I knew somebody mentioned bringing over his plasma cutter, somebody mentioned bringing their welder and somebody pulled out a portaband. In the end it looked like this.

3 Yellow Wranglers
1 black one
2 Cherokees out side waiting.
Ladies in the house hanging out.

IMGP0426_resize.JPG

Dinner followed and it was crab and steak on the BBQ. It was a great day.

Might as well compare 3 different tire sizes since well we had them available.

IMGP0429_resize.JPG

33 inch | 32 inch | 31 inch.

Sure its not as nice as some, but the topic was favorite photo. I couldn't pick one, but that day will forever be burned into my head because my garage was used and used hard. Not sure why I got stuck with the left overs, but none the less.

I run Links4jeeps.com so I tend to attract other Jeep guys/gals. ;) I'm sure its just like any other sport. People tend to flock together for some odd reason or another. I was looking for garage organization and sure enough I landed here. Maybe I should of stayed away because I'm in total awe of everything. Anyways sorry to bloat the picture thread with chatter.

This is the inside of my garage when I first moved into my house (hence all the boxes). The contents have changed, but this photo is one of my favorites for some reason...

Here's mine. As my sig says, not ready for prime time. But, it keeps my babies dry and this is really the only semi-current pic I have of the garage (so, that makes it my favorite) :D

The Spitfire's gone, replaced by an aircooled Beetle.

Inside, Pure form & function over beauty. Designed and built to be used as a Workshop, not as a background for my cars or to have to worry about cleaning it up spotless after every use.

Exterior, Need another one like this now that the asphalt is down and the ground is cleaned up.
