Broke ear off snap ring on 3/8" RHFT?????

I was going to clean my 3/8" RHFT and went to pull the snap ring in and the ear broke off of one side. I got the broken ring off and the ratchet apart but where do I go from here? Are there replacement parts? Will a different snap ring work? Help me out guys! Please!

If you can get the ring off of the faceplate of a 3/8" Craftsman 43784 ratchet it should work. I can get you one or even a RHFT repair kit if you need.

I only need the snap ring. Everything else is mint.
