Blackhawk SJ23 rebuild help?

Long time lurker… first time poster.

I scored a Blackhawk SJ23 ******** craigslist for pretty cheap. It doesn’t drift, but it leaks like a sieve. I finally got so frustrated with it, I decided to go for it and tear it to pieces.

So I ordered a rebuild kit from “Blackhawk parts” and got it down to bits and pieces.

The difficulty is, after tearing it apart, I have no idea how to fix the leak problem .

Any help? Where do I go from here? Links to schematics? There appears to be some hardware (flathead) within the reservoir and one on the side.

Additionally, does anyone have an idea where all these kit pieces fit? 3 bearings? And theres absolutely no rubber washers on this anywhere when I took it apart.

did you look in either end for a spanner nut? it will most likely require a special tool...

Hey thats great! Atleast all the parts are in one location. Making a bit more sence now.

There is one on the handle end of the reservoir if I remember correctly. So am I going to be removing the hydraulic cylinder next? What sort of special tool would one need?

As for a parts list: Are you refering to the rebuild kit or the jack? The kit never came with one
