Im watching SCI channel and How its made comes on, it shows Snap On tools making sockets.

i watched them on youtube some time ago. i think its a few years old at least. very cool though, i was glued to the screen. they make the ratchets also on one.

Yes, they made ratchets. Broached wrenches, and also showed the making of the MG series impact guns. This is all a couple of years old.

Yes those are re-runs a couple years old at least. I think those How It's Made shows are pretty informative and fun to watch, but are damn pretty dry if you ask me. If they weren't so informative they would be a lot like watching paint dry.

Anyone remember that series on Travel Channel with John Ratzinberger (Cliff) called Made In America? I like those a lot. The stopped airing a few years ago.

Yeah, the How It's Made narrator is just awful. Ratzinberger really added an element of life to his show.

I just watched the one with the Snap-on ratchets. The first thing i thought was, "Man, this must be old. Those are still marked 'USA' ."

Probably because they ran out of Made In America stuff to do shows on.
