Hi, am new on here and a friend told me about this site. My husband and I just built a new garage, 2,444 square feet including an upstairs storage with a full staircase going up, an air conditioned and heated dog kennel with tile and a drain, water spigot and doggie door, an outside fenced in vinyl coated chain link. The main garage has three areas for car parking. I currently keep two cars, a vespa scooter and two riding lawn mowers in there along with 43 bicycles ( stored both down and up ) and a variety of other items.
We are fine mineral collectors and rockhounds, so we have an area for cleaning minerals, mineral photography and storage. Another area for working on bicycles, and an area for maintaining the lawn mowers and weed eaters. There is a double garage door as well as a single. We keep a fridge in there for cold drinks and lots of ceiling fans for when we work on our bicycles in the hot Texas weather.
